Do you
have a minimum order?
We have no
minimum order and no handling charges.
You can order just one bottle.
What are
your quantity discounts?
Discounts are available on all items based on the quantity
ordered. Most items have price breaks at case quantity, 500+, 1000+ and higher quantities. Enter the quantity of the item you are interested in and your shopping
cart will display pricing and discounts up to 10,000 items. Prices and
discounts for quantities up to 10,000 are also shown online by
clicking the ID code for the item you are interested in. For quotes
on quantities of 10,000 or more of any item, please contact us at
206-382-1100 or at service@specialtybottle.com.
Where
do you ship to?
We ship to all 50 states in the US, as well as to all US
possessions and territories. We also ship to Canada. Canadian customers will be charged separately upon delivery for duties, brokerage fees
and customs fees. We do ship outside the US and Canada, however international orders cannot be placed online
- please address international inquiries to service@specialtybottle.com.
When will
my order ship?
Orders
ship within one to three business days after order. Time in transit
for ground shipping is 2 to 5 business days depending on where you are
located. Express shipping is available but can be costly since bottles,
especially glass, can be heavy.
How is my order shipped?
Most orders are shipped via UPS ground. UPS express shipping is also available and
can be selected during checkout. Large
orders are shipped by LTL (shipped on pallets).
Orders to Hawaii and Alaska are usually shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
What are my shipping charges?
For shipping charges and express shipping options, just
add the items you would like to order to your cart and a "shipping
calculator" will give you UPS shipping charges. For orders over 150 pounds and orders shipped
on pallets, please contact us at 206-382-1100 or service@specialtybottle.com for
shipping charges.
How do I track my order?
On the day your order is shipped you will be sent an email
with your tracking information. Orders shipped via UPS can be tracked here by entering your email or phone
number (or you can track your package at www.ups.com). Time in transit for ground shipping
is 2 to 5 business days depending on where you are located. Pro numbers and web
tracking is provided by email for LTL shipments.
What form
of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal and our
online order form is secure. Orders can also be paid in advance by cashiers
check or money order. To pay by cashiers check or money order, complete your
online order, select the check option and follow payment
instructions. Your order will be shipped after the check or money order is
received. We do not ship COD or accept personal checks.
How
do I know if my product is compatible with a container?
You should always test your product with the container
you have selected prior to use. We make no guarantee, warranty, or recommendation
for any intended use and specifically caution that many products are not
compatible with glass, plastic or metal.
Do you
ship outside the US?
We also ship to Canada.  Canadian customers will be charged separately upon delivery for duties, brokerage fees
and customs fees. We ship outside the US and Canada - address international inquiries to service@specialtybottle.com.
How do I
order samples?
If you are
a current customer, please call us for sample requests. If you are a new customer, you can order up
to two items as samples online by adding the two items into your shopping cart
and going through the checkout process.
For payment method, select payment by check and write sample order
in special instructions. Specialty and
large glass containers are not available as samples. We also offer no minimum order, so small
orders can be placed with a credit card online.
What if I
need to cancel an order?
Please contact
us if you need to cancel your order. Orders cancelled after being packaged or shipped are subject to
a $10 charge plus shipping charges.
What if I
need to return my order?
Any of our items (except shrinkbands) can be returned
within 30 days of receipt. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
What if
part of my order is damaged or missing?
Please contact us if any of your order is damaged or
missing. Damaged shipments are rare and will be replaced or
refunded. Shipments are insured by UPS so please inspect your shipment upon
delivery and report any damage to the UPS driver.

have a catalog?
All of our
items with prices are shown online.
Sorry, no we do not have a print catalog.
