Specialty Bottle is a supplier of bottles, jars and metal containers. Many of our customers are in the gourmet food, natural products and candle industries. We supply both small and large companies, as well as individuals.

No Minimums We have no minimums and no handling or service charges. Almost all items can be ordered in less than case quantities.
Prices and Volume Discounts Discounts are available on all items based on the quantity ordered. Enter the quantity of the item you are interested in and your shopping cart will display the discounted pricing. Most items have price breaks at case quantity, 500+, 1000+ and higher quantities. Prices and discounts are displayed on individual product pages up to a quantity of 10,000 (or up

Shipping Methods Orders are usually shipped within one to two business days after order. Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground and larger shipments may ship on a pallet. Time in transit for ground shipping is 2 to 4 business days depending on where you are located. Your order will either ship from Nashville, Tennessee or Seattle, Washington. Express shipping is available but can be costly since
bottles, especially glass, can be heavy.
Orders to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Large orders are shipped by LTL.
Shipping Charges For shipping charges and express shipping options, just add the items you would like to order to your shopping cart and a "shipping calculator" will appear on the right hand side of the page. Enter your zip code into the calculator and it will then show you shipping charges based on the weight of your intended order. You do not
need to place an order to use the shipping calculator.
Shipping Areas We ship to all locations in the United States and Canada. Your order will either ship from Nashville, Tennessee or Seattle, Washington. Canadian orders are shipped via UPS Ground and Canadian customers will be charged separately upon delivery for duties, brokerage fees and customs fees. We ship outside the US and Canada, however international orders cannot be placed online. Address international

Tracking On the day your order is shipped you will be sent an email with your tracking information. Orders shipped by UPS can be tracked here by entering your email or phone number (or you can track your package at (
). Time in transit for ground shipping is 2 to 4 business days depending on where you are located. Pro numbers and web tracking is provided by email for LTL shipments.
Willcalls Normally, we do not take willcall orders. However, if you have a special circumstance, please call us.
Returns Any of our items (except shrinkbands) can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Damaged shipments are rare and will be replaced or refunded. Shipments are insured by UPS so please inspect your shipment upon delivery and report any damage to the UPS driver.
