Our response to COVID-19:
Due to the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak, we are making some temporary changes to protect the health and safety of our employees and to meet our commitment to customers to keep their businesses running smoothly during this transitional time (especially for our food and health related customers).
As we implement the practice of social distancing in the workplace, our customer service will be working remotely and is only available through chat (8am-4pm PT) and email. Also, during this time, will call and pick-ups at our warehouse locations will be closed. As always, customers will be able to place orders online. After ordering, expect one to two business days processing time and an additional three to five business days in transit. In most cases transit times will be shorter; however, we may need to ship your order from an alternate location based on stock availability.
We will continue working to keep operations running with minimal interruption in service as we also look forward to things getting back to normal in the near future. In the meantime, we wish you stay safe and well.
Specialty Bottle is a national supplier of glass, plastic and metal containers. We service over 50,000 customers throughout the United States and Canada in a number of industries, including food, health, beauty, and natural products.
While some of our customers are larger businesses, many of our customers are small businesses and individuals. On our website, we offer no minimums and no surcharges for small orders - in fact, if you like, you can order just one bottle! For those needing more bottles, prices are shown online for quantities of up to 10,000 containers (and up to 25,000 for certain containers).
