Specialty Bottle is a leading supplier of bottles, jars and metal containers. Many of our customers are in the gourmet food, natural products and candle industries. We supply both small and large companies, as well as individuals.
How to Order
Place your order using our website or call us at 206-382-1100. If you have special requests or want to make us aware of something related to your order or your account, add your request in the "Order Comments" field when checking out.
We do not sell closures individually (caps, droppers, sprayers etc) unless you need a small quantity of closures for an existing bottle or jar that you are ordering. To add extra closures to your online order, add a note listing the quantity and type of closure you would like to add in the "Order Comments" field when checking out.
Prices and Volume Discounts
Discounts are available on all items based on the quantity ordered. Enter the quantity of the item you are interested in and your shopping cart will display the discounted pricing. Most items have price breaks at case quantity, 500+, 1000+ and higher quantities. Prices and discounts are displayed on individual product pages up to a quantity of 10,000 (or up to 25,000 for some products).
Orders are usually shipped within one business day after ordering. Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground and larger orders may ship on a pallet. Time in transit for UPS Ground shipments is typically 2 to 3 business days, depending on your location and product availability. See our Time in Transit map for typical transit times. Your order will either ship from Nashville, Tennessee or Seattle, Washington. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Larger pallet orders are shipped "best way" via LTL carrier.
For shipping charges, just add the items you would like to order to your shopping cart and a "shipping calculator" will appear on the right hand side of the page. Enter your zip code into the calculator and it will then show you shipping charges based on the weight of your intended order. You do not need to place an order to use the shipping calculator.
We ship to all locations in the United States and Canada. Your order will either ship from Nashville, Tennessee or Seattle, Washington. Canadian orders are shipped via UPS Ground and Canadian customers will be charged separately upon delivery for duties, brokerage fees and customs fees.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. Orders can also be paid in advance by cashiers check or money order. To pay by this method, please place your order by phone. Your order will be shipped after the check or money order is received. We do not ship COD or accept personal checks.
On the day your order is shipped you will be sent an email with your tracking information. Orders shipped by UPS can be tracked at www.ups.com. Pro numbers and web tracking is provided by email for LTL shipments.
Specialty Bottle is required to collect sales tax in certain states. To find out if this affects you, please see our list of sales tax states. If your purchase is for resale or otherwise exempt from tax, please follow these instructions for submitting an exemption certificate.
Will Call Orders
We take will call orders for next-business-day pickup between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm at our Seattle location, and between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm at our Nashville location. Our showrooms remain closed with no on-site ordering or access into the buildings. Please see our will call order and pick up procedure. Buyer is solely responsible for determining the adequacy and compatibility of containers with their product. No guarantee, warranty or recommendation for any particular end use is intended or implied. Many products are not compatible with glass, plastic or metal. Please contact Customer Service to request a sample container for testing.
Any product in as-new condition, with the exception of shrink bands, may be returned within 30 days subject to a restocking fee. Please see our Return Policy for details. Damaged shipments are rare but will be promptly replaced or refunded.
