Do you have a minimum order?
We have no minimum order and no handling charges. You can order just one bottle.
What are your quantity discounts?
Discounts are available on all items based on the quantity ordered. Most items have price breaks at case quantity, 500+, 1000+ and higher quantities. Enter the quantity of the item you are interested in and your shopping cart will display discounted pricing up to 10,000 quantity (and up to 25,000 for certain items). Prices and discounts for quantities up to 10,000 (and up to 25,000 for certain items) are also shown on individual product pages. For quotes on larger quantities, please contact Customer Service.
When will my order ship?
Orders normally ship within one business day after order. Time in transit for ground shipping is one to three business days depending on your location (see our Time in Transit map). Your order will ship from Nashville, Tennessee or Seattle, Washington.
How is my order shipped?
Most orders ship UPS ground and average 2 days in transit. UPS express shipping is also available, if necessary please contact Customer Service. Large orders are shipped by LTL (shipped on pallets). Orders to Hawaii and Alaska are usually shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
What are my shipping charges?
For shipping charges, just add the items you would like to order to your cart and a "shipping calculator" will give you shipping charges to your zip code.
How do I track my order?
On the day your order is shipped you will be sent an email with your tracking information. Orders shipped via UPS can be tracked at www.ups.com. Pro numbers and web tracking is provided by email for LTL shipments.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal, and ordering on our site is secure. Orders can also be paid by cashier's check or money order. To pay by cashier's check or money order, please call us at 206-382-1100 to place your order. Your order will be shipped after the check or money order is received. We do not ship COD or accept personal checks.
Do you collect sales tax?
Specialty Bottle is required to collect sales tax in certain states. To find out if this affects you, please see our list of sales tax states. If your purchase is for resale or otherwise exempt from tax, please follow these instructions for submitting an exemption certificate.
How do I know if my product is compatible with a container?
You should always test your product with the container you have selected prior to use. We make no guarantee, warranty, or recommendation for any intended use and specifically caution that many products are not compatible with glass, plastic or metal. Please contact Customer Service to request a sample.
What if I need to change or cancel an order?
Please contact Customer Service if you need to change or cancel your order.
What if I need to return my order?
Any product in as-new condition, with the exception of shrink bands, may be returned within 30 days. Please see our Return Policy for details.
What if part of my order is damaged or missing?
Please contact Customer Service if any of your order is damaged or missing. Damaged shipments or items missing from shipment will be promptly replaced or refunded.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we ship to all locations in Canada. Canadian customers will be charged separately upon delivery for duties, brokerage fees and customs fees. We also ship to various countries outside the US and Canada - address international inquiries to email@example.com.
Can I place a will-call order?
We do take will-calls and walk-in orders in Seattle from 9am to 4pm. Please call us at 206-382-1100 if you need to place an order for pickup in Nashville. We do not take walk-in orders in Nashville.
